It all started when…

Jake Peebles founded J.E.T BMX Racing in 2014. Running a BMX team has been a long-time goal for Jake and he is very excited to have the opportunity to pass down years of racing experience to the team riders.

Becoming a part of a BMX team is a prestigious accomplishment and requires dedication and discipline to represent your sponsor and team well. J.E.T Racing will provide a support system for all of its riders. Riders will be given professional coaching, encouragement, and financial assistance needed to reach their goals. JET Racing intends to find riders who represent themselves professionally on-and-off the track. The JET race team will compete against other teams at local and national USABMX events.

JET Racing has three different tiers within the team. Elite, Development, and Grassroots. The development and grassroots riders are part of a program where they can develop their skills and eventually become members of the elite team. JET Racing’s goal is to develop riders and assist them in competing for national titles.

Jake Peebles will coach the team riders to achieve their greatest potential. Jake has been coaching for over 10 years and has developed great programs for riders throughout the western region. Over the last decade Jake has worked with city recreation departments and hosted clinics at over 30 community tracks. Jake coaches riders on a daily basis and thoroughly enjoys seeing riders succeed.

Many teams recruit riders based on past results but JET Racing will focus on local riders who have great potential and a desire to become better. Jake has been a part of very prosperous teams in the past but there has never been any structure for training and development. JET strives to be known as a team with the best support and development program for its riders.

JET Racing will utilize the same principles great athletes and teams are built on and work with its riders to help them achieve greatness and provide a strong support system. Not only will JET Racing focus on the development of its own riders, but the team plans to host clinics where knowledge and skills will be provided to riders aspiring to be a part of the JET race team.
